  1. Where is Team Concept located? Team Concept Enterprises, Inc. is located at 1605 Hollenbeck Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94087.

  2. What are your store hours?
    Monday - Thursday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
    Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

  4. How do I get a catalog? See the "Request Catalog" page.

  5. Do you provide silk-screening and embroidery services? Yes we do! We offer a full range of Embroidery and Silk Screening services. To customize your order, just provide us with a digital image/logo of your company or team for branding.

    Don't have a logo, picture or image??? Let our skilled group of designers design a logo or look and feel for you. In addition we also have a Corporate/Outerwear shop. Refer to Corporate and Outwear Link.

  6. Can you put custom logos on swimsuits? Yes. We can either embroider, or apply a transfer to customize your team swimsuits. Prices depend on number of colors in the logo and artwork involved.

  7. How do I track my order? When your order ships, you will receive an email stating that your order has shipped. If the order has shipped by UPS or Federal Express, you will receive a link for tracking your package.

  8. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Below are estimated shipping times for orders placed on teamconcept.com. Orders received by 8:00 a.m. (PST) will be shipped the same day.

    • Regular Shipping: 5-8 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  9. What is the turnaround time on swimsuit orders? If we have the suits in stock in our on-site warehouse, we can ship the same day. Custom logos require additional time of 5-10 working days plus shipping. If items have to be special ordered from one of our manufacturers please add roughly 3-4 days to the above time lengths. If you have a special event, and require the job be rushed we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. Additional freight charges may apply, but let us know when you need them, and we'll do everything in our power to get them there

  10. What's the turn around time on Parkas? Customized Parkas normally take 6-8 weeks for Delivery.

  2. What is your return policy? Our return policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just send it back and we'll issue you a prompt exchange or refund as you request.   3. Do you give Team Discounts? Yes we do! Our team discounts vary based on the quantity of the order.

  5. Does Team Concept get involved in onsite meets, tournaments or races? Yes! Over the last 30 years, Team Concept has attended many Club, High School and University meets and tournaments, as well as many local Bay Area Triathlons. Whatever the event may be, please call us at 1.800.437.TEAM (8326) for further details on our remote vending unit and availability.

  6. Do you carry training items? Yes we do! Team Concept carries aquatic, triathlon and general sports training items. Please see the online stores or call one of our knowledgeable sales staff at 1.800.437.TEAM (8326) for more information.

  7. How should I care for my swimsuit? After use, simply rinse your suit in fresh, cold water and hang to dry. Our swimwear is built to last; to maximize the lifespan of the fabric, keep your suit out of direct sunlight while drying.

  8. How do I know what sizes to order my team? Team Concept is happy to set up a sizing day for local customers. We come to your pool, and bring suits in the same style and assist team members in finding the correct size. This works particularly well for high schools, and summer league cabana teams. For our non-local teams, we are happy to ship a "size run" for team members to try on in assisting them in finding the right size.
