• Lead instructor NSRR "Adopt-A-Grade" program teaching Triathlon 101 through the high school PE program ending the course with a "racing" final exam.

My goals for 2003 are to continue to be very active locally in triathlon and running, both on and off island. Having set an exemplary example for women's physical fitness on base and on island, I will continue to mentor and work with other female athletes to help them achieve more from their given assets. I will, with my teammates, continue participating in the NSRR "Adopt-A-Grade" PE program to enhance children's knowledge of physical fitness, positive body image, and good sportsmanship.

I plan to compete in two or three national and international Ironman distance races (2.4 mile swim/112 mile bike/26.2 mile run). These are to include ½ Ironman St. Croix, if accepted, Age Group Ultra Distance World Championships, or Ironman Brazil, and Ironman Florida. I will continue to se the example for quality living and excellent physical fitness through out the communities of Roosevelt Roads and Puerto Rico by competing at a higher level and concentrating on training and fair competition.

My dream races include "Badwater" Ultra Marathon in Death Valley, California, Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, the Bataan Death March Armed Forces Ultra Marathon in White Sands, New Mexico, the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC, the upcoming 2003 California Man in northern California, and eventually doing either a double or triple Ironman race.
