1. How to Place an Order Online
   
   Selecting An Item- Using the Team Concept Online Catalog is quick and easy. You have a number of different ways you can find an item. If you know the name of the product, you may type it into the 'Search by Product' box at the top right of the Team Concept Website. You can also search by manufacturer and/or manufacturer product number on our Search for Products page. Don't know the specific items number or would just like to browse? Just go to specific shop you would like to enter. You also have the option to use the drop down menus to find the specific item. When you find a product you would like to purchase, just select a size, color or print and quantity, click the update button then click the 'add to cart' button
   
   Continue Shopping - Continue shopping by using the top menu or searching for additional products.
   
   Checkout - To checkout, you will need to login. If you have not yet registered as a Team Concept Member, you can easily create a new membership by clicking on the "create a new membership" link on the login page.

   To create a membership, we will need your first and last name, billing & shipping addresses, phone nunber and eMail address (so we may contact you with information regarding your order). You can rest assured that all of the information you provide is private and secure. Then just follow the on-screen directions to complete your order. It's so easy!

4. Orders by Mail - Mail order forms are provided inside each Team Concept Catalog. If you do not currently receive a catalog, you can sign up for free Team Concept Catalogs online (Catalog Request Link Here).

Payment

We take many forms of payment. When ordering online we will take Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. When ordering Toll - Free we will take a bank issued cashier's check, COD, personal check or credit card.

We offer the following shipping options:

Mail Preference Service

We don't like to be wasteful. If you're receiving duplicate catalogs, or need to inform us of a change in your address, please clip the address area from the back of your catalogs, note your changes and mail them to:

Sales Tax Information

For shipments to California, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.

In order to shop Team Concept Catalog online, you must have an e-Mail address so that we are able to send you a confirmation e-Mail. You may also request e-Mail announcements with the most current information on Team Concept Catalog sales and special events.
