Team
Concept Swim & Triathlon has significantly grown since its formal
Sponsorship Program launched in January of 2002. Our goal was to grow
our business by directly supporting the local athletes, events and
charity programs with a full range of services and contributions.
Through these discounts and donations, Team Concept has created synergy
between race directors, teams, athletes and vendors for logo apparel.
Team Sponsorships
Team Concept, since its inception in 1971, has been a major sponsor
to a number of clubs and teams throughout the United States. We
worked with teams in number of ways, including onsite support at
swim meets, volume discounts for team apparel/accessories and cash
contributions for community and high school fund raisers. Team Concept
will also be sponsoring a number of Triathlon teams around the world
with customized apparel and accessories.
Event Sponsorships
Team Concept kicked off its Triathlon and Open Water Swim Event
Sponsorships with J&A Productions in February of 2002. J&A
Productions, "California's Premier Event Management and Marketing
Company," promotes and produces a number of triathlon and open
water swim events in Northern California. We were awarded "Official
Apparel Sponsor" of the J&A flagship events in 2002 and
2003. Through a number of different avenues, Team Concept supported
J&A with event apparel, participant apparel and a remote vending
unit at each sponsored event. In return, Team Concept was included
in all of the J&A marketing material, linked to their website,
and granted the right to facilitate and operate the J&A and
Event Online Stores.
Athlete Sponsorships
Team Concept then signed SOCSOUTH and US Amateur Triathlete, Eberle
Kush to an exclusive apparel sponsorship. Eberle will be the focus
of the Team Concept 2003 Triathlon advertising print and web campaign.
We will continue to feature her on our website
and in the Team Concept Newsletter Section, "Eberle Update."
We look forward to Eb's continued success and growth in the sport
of Triathlon in the years to come.
